Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
